Rushil Decor Ltd. is moving forward with Phase 2 of its Jumbo Laminate Plant, aiming to complete the expansion by Q3 FY26. Located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, the facility will boost production capacity and help meet rising demand in India, the USA, and Europe.

The plant will focus on thicker-format decorative laminates, a growing segment in the export market. Despite earlier delays due to supply chain disruptions and weather issues, the project is now back on schedule, with operations expected to begin by Q4 FY25.
Once fully operational, the facility is expected to produce 2.8 million sheets annually, generating revenue between ₹60-80 crore in its first full year. The company anticipates an EBITDA margin of 14-16%, with an internal rate of return (IRR) of 10%.

Rushil Decor is also expanding into the plywood segment, aiming to diversify its product range. The plywood venture is projected to bring in ₹12-14 crore in revenue, with margins estimated at 9-11%.

Managing Director Rushil Thakkar emphasized that the expansion aligns with the company’s long-term growth strategy, ensuring sustained value creation and market leadership.
