SEBI has successfully resolved nearly 5,000 complaints through its SCORES platform in February. The regulator received 3,969 fresh complaints during the month, with 4,376 remaining unresolved as of February 28. Under the SCORES 2.0 framework, complaints are automatically forwarded to concerned entities, which have 21 days to submit action taken reports. Investors can opt for a first-level review within 15 days if dissatisfied. Sebi's efforts highlight its commitment to efficient grievance redressal, enhancing investor confidence in the securities market.
