The much-awaited next-gen Kia Seltos was seen testing and new spy images give us a look at its redesigned interior. The cabin features a dual-tone silver and grey design with orange highlights, brushed aluminum door handles, and redesigned door panels for a slimmer look. The second row features headrests for all occupants and an integrated armrest, and the front passenger seat has a USB charging socket. Ambient lighting on the middle console contributes to a premium ambiance.
Taking cues from Kia's Syros and EV9 models, the new Seltos should come with a triple-screen dashboard configuration, ventilated seats, and dual-zone climate control. Externally, changes consist of square-shaped LED headlights, C-shaped LED DRLs, restyled bumpers, and diamond-cut alloy wheels. A hybrid powertrain is on the cards for some markets, marking Kia's move toward electrification.
The SUV will continue to offer its 1.5L petrol and diesel powertrains along with new safety features such as Level-2 ADAS and a 360-degree camera. The next-generation Seltos is expected to arrive in late 2025 or early 2026, pitting it against competitors like the Hyundai Creta and Maruti Grand Vitara.
