Shaken, Stirred & Sequel-Ready—‘Cocktail 2’ Is Officially on the Rocks!

After years of speculation and fan anticipation, the much-awaited sequel to the 2012 hit Cocktail has officially been greenlit. Celebrity stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania confirmed the news on July 4, 2025, by sharing a sneak peek of the script on her Instagram Story, sending Bollywood fans into a frenzy. The film, titled Cocktail 2, is set to begin production in August 2025 with a brand-new lead trio: Kriti Sanon, Shahid Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna.

This marks the second on-screen pairing of Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor after their hit 2024 film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. Rashmika Mandanna’s addition to the cast has only heightened anticipation for this modern romantic drama.
