Spice Route 202: New Indian Eatery Serves Flavor with Every Mile

A new Indian restaurant, Mauka Indian Cuisine, has started serving at 793 Route 202, Bridgewater, along the Milltown Road and Branchburg Township line. The family-owned BYOB restaurant offers comfortable, home atmosphere with quality fine dining and full servings.

 

Mauka's menu features a large array of hearty Indian cuisine including soups, salads, Tandoori sizzlers, and chicken, lamb, goat, seafood, and vegetarian and vegan dishes. This new restaurant has occupied spaces that once belonged to Mia Sorella and IHOP, injecting some life into the district with fresh paint, signs, and parking lot paving.

 

Already well-rooted with a location in Eatontown, Mauka is growing further this year, bringing authentic Indian tastes to Somerset County's growing food scene.
