ABFRL shareholders holding shares as of May 21, 2025, will get one ABLBL share for every ABFRL share held by them.

The company starts with a liability of ₹700–800 crore, to be returned in the 2–3 years time frame.
The market capitalization of ABBL is approximately ₹20,500 crore.

Business Outlook:

ABLBL has a retail presence of over 3,250 stores in 4.6 million sq. ft. with 70% of the stores being franchisee-owned.

The firm is likely to expand growth brands and enhance margins via operating efficiencies.

Shareholding:

46.57% promoter holding with high foreign portfolio investor presence.
