Swiggy has introduced its food ordering service to 100 Indian railways stations across 20 Indian states, in collaboration with IRCTC. It is a tremendous enhancement in travelling convenience, bringing passengers closer to over 60,000 brands and 7 million+ options from 35+ cuisines. Passengers can simply look for "Train" on Swiggy, enter their PNR, and get meals home-delivered at their seat.
Swiggy also introduced assured cutlery for train food orders to ensure a hassle-free dining experience. The company plans to expand further to more stations in the country. This is Swiggy's initiative to align technology and operations to make every moment in customers' lives improve.
