Employment & Livelihoods: The state is expanding joboriented courses, vocational training, and women’s hostel facilities in 500 polytechnics to boost workforce participation.

Education & Skill Development: Plans include introducing vocational education from Class 9, increasing colleges for women, and enhancing higher education accessibility.
