Tata Motors has launched factory-fitted air conditioning systems across its entire truck range, including SFC, LPT, Ultra, Signa, and Prima models, marking a major upgrade in driver comfort and fleet efficiency. For the first time, cowl models—which previously lacked factory-fitted cabins—will also feature AC systems, ensuring better working conditions for truck operators.

The newly introduced AC units come with dual-mode settings—Eco and Heavy, optimizing cooling while managing energy consumption. Alongside this comfort upgrade, Tata Motors has enhanced power output across its heavy-duty trucks, tippers, and prime movers, now delivering up to 320 hp. Additional features include automatic engine idle shut-off and a voice alert system for real-time driver notifications.

This strategic move comes ahead of the June 2025 mandate, requiring all commercial trucks to have air-conditioned cabins. Tata Motors aims to set new benchmarks in performance and usability, reinforcing its commitment to driver welfare and operational efficiency.
