TCS inaugurated the Google Cloud Gemini Experience Centers at its BFSI Innovation Lab in Bengaluru and Retail Innovation Lab in Chennai, India. These centers serve as hubs where clients can explore, co-create, and prototype AI-powered applications that improve agility, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
The partnership focuses on designing “agentic AI” solutions—autonomous, context-aware AI agents that enhance customer servicing, business workflows, and back-office operations.
