San Miguel de Allende in Mexico topped the list, celebrated for its colonial architecture, artistic community, and lively cultural scene. Florence, Italy, continued to charm visitors with Renaissance art and architecture, while Mexico City rounded out the top five with its dynamic food culture and historic landmarks.
