Mumbai's skyline will be changed with the introduction of a twin tower for Aaradhya Avaan, which will be the tallest building in the city when completed in 2028. The new tower is being developed by Man Infraconstruction Ltd (MICL) and will stand at 306 meters. It is expected to yield approximately ₹3,000 crore in revenue. MICL Managing Director Manan Shah said that the launch was brought forward because of strong demand for the initial tower, which has all but sold out. The tower will have luxury apartments at a premium of 15% above the launch price of ₹69,000 per square foot initially. The development will appeal to high-net-worth buyers with its luxury amenities, such as an ocean-view infinity pool and a private theater. As more luxury real estate choices become available in Mumbai, the sales cycle is becoming increasingly competitive.
