Unstoppable Rise: Subramanian Sarma's Journey to L&T's Top Tier

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced the appointment of Subramanian Sarma as Deputy Managing Director & President, with immediate effect. Sarma, hitherto Whole-time Director & Sr EVP Energy, will continue to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hydrocarbon, Power, and Green Manufacturing & Development businesses. Sarma has spent more than 40 years, including 30 years in the Middle East, building L&T's Hydrocarbon Business into a top-tier global EPC player. His tenure has been extended till February 2028, establishing L&T's long-term leadership stability commitment.
