Chennai-based VA Tech WABAG, a leading multinational water treatment company, has secured a ₹3,251 crore ($371 million) order in Saudi Arabia. The project involves building a state-of-the-art sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 300,000 cubic meters per day. This milestone highlights India’s growing expertise in global infrastructure projects. The company clarified that it has no connections with Mukesh Ambani, Ratan Tata, or Adani Group. This win further strengthens VA Tech WABAG’s position as a global leader in water and wastewater management solutions.
