Veranda Administrative Learning Solutions brings expertise in both formal and informal education delivery, specializing in training programs that span academic curricula, co-curricular activities, and competitive examination preparations—both in India and abroad.

As part of the scheme of amalgamation, the entire business, assets, liabilities, and undertakings of Veranda K-12 and Veranda Administrative Learning Solutions will merge into the parent company, Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd.
The unified entity will benefit from streamlined management, consolidated financials, improved resource optimization, and direct access to a wider range of students and partner institutions.
There will be no change in the shareholding pattern of the parent company since both merging entities are its wholly owned subsidiaries.
