Vodafone Idea (Vi) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the West Bengal government to provide digital advisory services to MSMEs in the state. This partnership aligns with Vi's ongoing efforts to support MSME digitalization, as evidenced by their ReadyForNext program. The collaboration aims to leverage West Bengal's newly formed State Level Investment Synergy Committee (SLISC) to streamline business processes for MSMEs. Vi's digital assessment tool and solutions, which have already reached 100,000 MSMEs nationwide, will now be available to West Bengal's MSME sector. This initiative is expected to contribute to the state's goal of expediting business approvals and enhancing ease of doing business.
