Vijay Mallya’s legendary Kingfisher Villa, once the epicenter of lavish parties and high-profile gatherings, now has new owners—Bollywood actor Sachiin Joshi and his wife, Urvashi Sharma. The couple acquired the 12,350-square-foot estate for ₹73.01 crore in 2017, renaming it King’s Mansion to align with Joshi’s King’s Beer brand.

 

Located in Candolim, Goa, the property features private pools, dance floors, and expansive gardens, once graced by Bollywood royalty and global tycoons. Despite multiple failed auctions, banks successfully sold the villa in one of the rare recoveries from Mallya’s ₹900 crore loan default.
