India’s Global Capability Centres (GCCs) are witnessing a transformative rise in women leaders, with 1,100+ women now holding global roles and 15.7% representation in senior positions (9–12 years experience), per a Nasscom-Zinnov report. Key drivers include structured mentorship, return-to-work programs, and international exposure initiatives by MNCs.
