Ola Electric Clears Dues, Averts Insolvency Threat

Ola Electric Technologies, a subsidiary of Ola Electric Mobility, has successfully settled all outstanding dues with its creditor, Rosmerta Group. In response, Rosmerta has initiated the process to withdraw the insolvency petition previously filed against the company. This resolution comes after recent negotiations between Ola Electric and its vehicle registration vendors, addressing a mismatch between company-provided sales data and government registration data in February. The settlement has alleviated concerns about Ola Electric's financial stability, though the government is still seeking information on the data discrepancy. Despite recent volatility, Ola Electric's shares have shown signs of recovery following this positive development.
