Pakistan Unveils Renovated Gaddafi Stadium Ahead of Champions Trophy 2025

Pakistan has unveiled the newly renovated Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, showcasing its readiness for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy 2025. The 117-day renovation includes state-of-the-art facilities such as LED floodlights, larger scoreboards, and upgraded seating. Despite initial concerns about meeting deadlines, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has successfully completed the project, demonstrating its commitment to hosting international cricket. However, as Pakistan prepares its stadiums, questions arise about the need for similar upgrades in its cricket infrastructure and team performance to truly compete on the global stage.
