PM Modi’s Power-Packed Gujarat Visit: Wildlife Protection & Women’s Upliftment in Focus

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a three-day visit to Gujarat, from March 1 to March 3, 2025. On March 3, coinciding with World Wildlife Day, he will chair the meeting of the National Board for Wildlife in Gir, where he is expected to launch the ₹2,927-crore Project Lion scheme aimed at enhancing Asiatic lion conservation through disease management and habitat development. Following this, PM Modi is likely to visit Surat and Navsari on March 7 and 8 in connection with International Women's Day, focusing on women empowerment programs.
