Precious Metals Dip: Gold and Silver Rates Slide in India

Gold and silver prices in India experienced a slight decline on March 26, 2025. The rate of 24-carat gold dropped to ₹8,945.3 per gram, a decrease of ₹330 from the previous day. In Delhi, 10 grams of 24-carat gold now costs ₹89,453, down from ₹89,993 yesterday. Silver rates also saw a minor adjustment, with 1 kg priced at ₹105,200 in most major cities, a ₹100 increase from the previous day. Chennai and Hyderabad reported higher silver rates at ₹114,200 per kg. These fluctuations reflect the ongoing volatility in precious metal markets, influenced by global economic factors and local demand.
