Ramkrishna Forgings Forges Ahead: 14,250 MT Capacity Boost Signals Robust Growth

Ramkrishna Forgings Limited (RKFL) will significantly increase its manufacturing capacity, with a 14,250 metric tonne per annum capacity enhancement in upsetter forgings coming to fruition. The increase is part of a larger capacity expansion plan under which the total capacity of the company will grow from 266,750 MT to a staggering 392,800 MT in July 2025. The capacity addition encompasses the installation of an 8,000T hot forging press line and cold forging line that will add products to RKFL's portfolio. The company also forays into aluminum forging with a 3,000T capacity press line aimed at tapping the growing EV market. With a solid order backlog and capacity planning, RKFL is well positioned for rapid expansion in both domestic and international markets with its emphasis on diversification and high-margin items.
