The date of commencement will be within seven days of issuance of the LoA, with overall completion stipulated within six months from commencement. IPRCL has aligned payments to clearly defined key tasks, ranging from detailed engineering and foundation work to structural erection, roofing, drainage, electrical works and final completion, with milestone-linked percentages aggregating to 100 percent.
