Sa-Dhan and HSBC Intensify Financial Literacy Via Digital Tools for Seven States

Sa-Dhan, together with HSBC, is taking its digital financial literacy program to seven Indian states. The initiative is designed to improve financial inclusion by equipping communities with the knowledge and expertise required to properly utilize digital financial services. It is training microfinance loan officers and clients in rural regions and is addressing such challenges as poor digital adoption and risk of fraud. By reaching out to states beyond the first six—West Bengal, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan—Sa-Dhan and HSBC are extending their effort to bridge the digital divide and support sustainable livelihoods. The effort reflects their dedication to inclusive impact finance and enhancing the standard of living of low-income households.
