Shelf Help: World Book Day Stocks Kids' Libraries for Free

World Book Day, to be held on March 6, 2025, gives children and young people the opportunity to get free books. Kids can spend their £1/€1.50 World Book Day tokens, given out by schools and some libraries, on one of ten specially chosen books or receive £1/€1.50 off any book costing £2.99 or more at partner retailers. This year's choice features books such as "The Magic Balloon" by Carl Anka and "LEGO Our Amazing Universe." The tokens are redeemable from 13th February to 23rd March 2025. For learners requiring accessible formats, charities like RNIB and Guide Dogs provide braille, large print, and audio copies of the World Book Day books.
