Smartworld Developers Awards ₹1,400 Crore Contracts in Six Months

Gurugram-based real estate developer Smartworld has awarded contracts worth ₹1,400 crore across various projects in just six months, including a ₹532 crore contract to Varindera Constructions for the iconic Smartworld Sky Arc. Spanning 6.9 acres, the project includes over 900 units and is inspired by Marina Bay Sands. Construction begins in Q1 2025 with a total investment of ₹1,700 crore. Smartworld is also set to deliver 5 million sq. ft of its inaugural projects, Smartworld Orchard and Gems, in the coming months.
