• Revenue surged 17% YoY to ₹1,019Cr.
• EBITDA jumped 94% YoY to ₹140Cr, with an improved margin of 13.7%.
• PAT turned positive at ₹10Cr, reversing losses from the previous year.
• Net debt stood at ₹1,300Cr, with a net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.64 and net debt-to-EBITDA of 2.3x.

Order Book & Wins:

• Open order book reached a record ₹4,888Cr.
• Order intake in Q1 stood at ₹1,529Cr.
• Signed a 3-year LTSA with a leading European telecom operator and secured a significant order from a key US customer.
• Partnered for FTTH rollout in Western Australia, upgraded ~1,000 homes.

Operational & Segment Performance:

• Optical Networking Business delivered 18.6% revenue growth and 55.7% EBITDA growth YoY.
• Attach rate for Optical Connectivity held at 23%.
• 23% of revenues came from the fast-growing Enterprise & Data Center segment, supported by newly launched solutions for AI-led data centers.

Digital Business & Innovations:

• STL Digital acquired 4 new global customers, bringing the total to 30.
• Secured multi-million, multi-year deals with healthcare and communications firms.
• Achieved industry-first deployments in Multi-Core Fiber (MCF) and executed India’s first Quantum Key Distribution on a 100km, 4-core MCF network.
• Patent portfolio grew to 740+ patents.
