Strides Pharma Science Ltd is reportedly planning to acquire a 100% stake in Amexel Pte. Ltd. This strategic move aligns with Strides' ongoing efforts to expand its global footprint and strengthen its presence in the pharmaceutical sector. Recently, Strides has been focusing on restructuring and growth initiatives, including the creation of OneSource Specialty Pharma, a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). The acquisition is expected to enhance Strides' capabilities in the industry.
