Suzlon Energy Order Book Stands at 5,622 MW with Strong Growth in Renewable Segment
As of 28th March 2025, Suzlon Energy Ltd., the top Indian renewable energy solution provider, reported a strong order book of 5,622 megawatts (MW) as of 28th March 2025. This feat highlights Suzlon's strong position in driving India's renewable energy capacity and testifies to increased demand for renewable energy solutions.

A large percentage of this order book is owed to a sequence of strategic collaborations and repeat business from significant customers. Interestingly, Suzlon bagged a third consecutive order of 204.75 MW from Jindal Green Wind 1 Pvt. Ltd., an indirect subsidiary of Jindal Renewables. This tie-up has grown their total capacity to 907.20 MW, which is the biggest Commercial & Industrial (C&I) order in the company's history. The project includes the delivery of 65 S144 wind turbine generators (WTGs) of 3.15 MW rated capacity each to be installed in Tamil Nadu's Karur region.

Suzlon has also consolidated its market leadership with repeat orders like the 201.6 MW project from Oyster Renewable, reasserting its dominance in India's wind energy market.
