Suzuki Hayabusa Achieves Record Sales in India, Strengthens Market Dominance

The Suzuki Hayabusa has set a new benchmark in India's superbike segment, registering its highest-ever sales in a fiscal year. In FY2025, Suzuki sold 511 units of the Hayabusa, marking a remarkable 71 percent year-on-year growth compared to the 298 units sold in FY2024. This surge reinforces the Hayabusa's position as the best-selling superbike in the 1,000-1,600cc category, securing a commanding 57 percent market share.  

Since its introduction in India, Suzuki has sold a total of 2,400 units of the Hayabusa, reflecting the model's enduring popularity among motorcycle enthusiasts. The latest iteration, priced at Rs 16.90 lakh ex-showroom, continues to captivate riders with its powerful 1,340cc inline four-cylinder engine, delivering 187 BHP and 150 Nm of torque.  

The 2025 edition of the Hayabusa comes equipped with an updated launch control system and cruise control, allowing seamless gear shifts without disengaging the system. These enhancements, combined with its aerodynamic design and advanced rider aids, ensure that the Hayabusa remains a top choice for performance-driven motorcyclists.
