UGRO Capital Approves NCD Issuance of Up to ₹2.65 Billion

UGRO Capital Limited has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to ₹2.65 billion. This latest approval follows a series of NCD issuances by the company in recent months, indicating its continued focus on strengthening its capital base.

The NCDs will be senior, secured, rated, listed, and redeemable. While specific details about the coupon rate and maturity are yet to be disclosed, previous issuances have featured competitive rates and varying tenors.

This move aligns with UGRO Capital's strategy to fuel its growth in the MSME lending sector. The company has shown strong AUM growth, reaching ₹92.2 billion at the end of Q1 FY25, driven by both on-book and off-book expansion.
