Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Ltd. (BNHL) has made the acquisition of a 42.36% equity holding in Willow Gourmet Private Limited, which is a strategic foray into the high-end dessert category. Willow Gourmet owns the high-end French ice cream brand 'Omm Nom Nomm' that is popular for its handcrafted products and high customer retention via its cloud kitchen model in Bangalore.

This investment is part of BNHL's plan to diversify its portfolio by entering the expanding market for high-quality desserts. By utilizing its existing kitchen facilities, BNHL will be able to generate operational synergies and enhance its delivery business.
