Wipro Redesigns Worldwide Business Segments to Increase Client Orientation

Wipro is restructuring its worldwide business segments from April 1 to improve client satisfaction. The restructuring process involves grouping cloud, data, analytics, and AI services under the Technology Services segment. Amit Kumar will head the Consulting Services, whereas Capco will stand as an independent entity within the division. Jasjit Kang will head a new Business Process Services line. The reshuffle is aimed at building Wipro's concentration in AI, cloud, and digital transformation stronger and reinforcing its go-to-market approach. The changes represent the first major restructuring under CEO Srinivas Pallia.
