Worli's high-end property market has witnessed a huge boom, with deals in ultra-luxury transactions worth Rs 4,862 crore in the last two years. Property values have increased by 30%, thanks to its strategic location and improved connectivity to business hubs like BKC and Nariman Point. The popularity of the area is also supported by infrastructure development like the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and the forthcoming Mumbai Coastal Road. Luxury properties between Rs 6 crore and Rs 12 crore are the most prominent in the market, with multiple high-ticket deals above Rs 100 crore being registered in 2024.
