IDBI Bank has announced the biggest recruitment drive for 650 Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) - Grade 'O' posts across India. The online application will open from 1st March to 12th March 2025. Candidates between 20 and 25 of age can apply and have to possess a graduate degree. The selection process consists of an online test on April 6, 2025, followed by interviews of shortlisted candidates. The probation period is one year and would include a training and internship period. The remuneration package is quite attractive and will begin at ₹6.14 LPA on complete probation. Truly, this creates a career for fresh graduates in the banking sector.
