360 ONE WAM Reappoints Karan Bhagat as MD, Approves ₹2.5 Billion Fundraise, Reports Strong Q4 Results

360 ONE WAM Ltd has also announced a few key announcements that have reinforced its leadership and financial strength. Karan Bhagat has been reappointed by the Board as Managing Director for a further term of five years, in a move to appreciate his instrumental contribution to the company's development since its formation in 2008. Bhagat's guidance has helped make 360 ONE WAM one of India's leading wealth and asset management companies, serving more than 7,200 premier families and principal institutional clients.

 

As part of a strategic initiative to strengthen its capital pool, the company has sanctioned mobilization of up to ₹2.5 billion by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The capital will be used for further growth and augment the ability of the company to lend.

 

For Q-March 2025, 360 ONE WAM posted consolidated revenue from operations of ₹8.21 billion and a healthy net profit of ₹2.5 billion, demonstrating strong operational efficiency and judicious management of costs. The Board has also announced a dividend payment of ₹6 per share, thanking shareholders for their persistent support.
