Abhishek Sharma Jumps to 2nd in ICC T20I Rankings After Blistering Innings

In a meteoric rise, India's Abhishek Sharma has surged to the second spot in the ICC T20I batting rankings. The 24-year-old left-hander leaped 38 places after his explosive 135-run innings off just 54 balls against England in Mumbai. This record-breaking knock, the highest individual score by an Indian man in T20Is, powered India to a 150-run victory and helped secure a 4-1 series win. Sharma's aggressive batting has quickly made him a key player, with India now boasting three batters in the top five. Varun Chakravarthy also made significant gains, moving to joint-second in the T20I bowling rankings.
