Adani Enterprises Expands Renewable Push with New Solar & Wind Subsidiary

Adani Enterprises has introduced Adani New Industries One Limited (ANIOL), a fully-owned subsidiary of Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL), to further strengthen its renewable energy presence. ANIOL will be engaged in producing and supplying solar photovoltaic panels, inverters, wind turbines, and blades and will help cut down dependence on imports and make India's renewable energy infrastructure stronger. With a permitted capital of ₹1,00,000, ANIOL is in sync with India's 2030 clean energy target. This step further strengthens Adani's resolve towards green energy solutions while positioning itself as a major player in the industry.
