Adani Green Energy Aims for Net Water Positivity by FY2025-26

Adani Green Energy is committed to achieving net water positivity across all operational locations by FY2025-26. The company has already made significant strides by reducing freshwater consumption and implementing initiatives like rainwater harvesting and robotic cleaning of solar panels. In 2024, it avoided 347,310 kL of water use, equivalent to the consumption of 1.58 million households. This goal aligns with the company's broader sustainability efforts, contributing to replenishing water resources in stressed regions like Khavda and Kutch.
