Adani Wilmar rebrands to AWL Agri Business: A new era dawns.

The majority of shareholders have approved Adani Wilmar Limited to be rebranded as AWL Agri Business Limited, a very significant turn in its corporate career. The change comes on the heels of the Adani Group's exit from the joint venture by December 2024, relinquishing total control to Wilmar International. This name change marks the new shift in the business to reflect its broadening consumer products and agribusiness operations. With a sprawling distribution network and a strong presence in the market, it will now be able to leverage India's ascendant FMCG market. The rebranding is a reaffirmation of its committed leadership towards innovation in the food and agriculture arena.
