Aditya Birla Real Estate Grows with Birla Trimaya Phase III Launch and Record Bookings

Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd has introduced Birla Trimaya Phase III in North Bengaluru, growing its footprint in the booming real estate sector. The new phase, titled 'The Park', provides 463 luxury villaments and apartments in 6 Vaastu-compliant towers. At the same time, the company has made a landmark with the booking value of 5 billion rupees reflecting robust market demand. Birla Trimaya Phase III, as part of a 52-acre township, comprises 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments measuring 800 to 3050 sq ft. The project, which will start construction on April 4, 2025, has the possession date set for August 2030 and has already secured RERA approval.
