Air India Takes Off with ZipAhead: Your Ticket to Priority Travel

Air India has launched its new paid facility, ZipAhead, which provides Economy Class customers with priority check-in and baggage off-loading on local flights. The facility is for busy customers who get quicker access to Premium Economy counters and quicker retrieval of their baggage. ZipAhead is offered at six key airports—Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata—for ₹499 if booked more than six hours in advance of departure and ₹699 less than six hours ahead. Platinum and Gold Maharaja Club members have free access. With ZipAhead, Air India also wants to increase convenience and redefine the travel experience for its customers.
