The aircraft features a three-class cabin configuration with options for Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class, including fully flat beds in Business Class on the A321LR.

Flight AI2362 departs Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport at 1:20 pm and arrives in Manila at 10:40 pm, while the return flight AI2361 leaves Manila at 11:40 pm, landing in Delhi by 3:50 am the next day.

The flight opens up seamless onward connectivity for Filipino travelers to Air India's extensive network across Europe and North America via Delhi.
