Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd's board has approved the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary AG Enviro Infra Projects with the parent company. This strategic move, announced on March 27, 2025, aims to optimize the group structure and enhance operational synergies. The merger follows the recent NCLT-approved consolidation of two other subsidiaries into AG Enviro Infra. This restructuring is expected to streamline operations, reduce administrative costs, and improve overall efficiency. The company, which recently secured a ₹908 crore contract from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, continues to strengthen its position in the waste management sector. The merger is subject to necessary regulatory approvals and is anticipated to be completed within the next few months.
