Anushka Sharma Joins Agilitas Sports As Investor, Co-Creates Yoga Line With One8 Brand

Agilitas Welcomes Anushka Sharma

Agilitas Sports, founded in 2023 by former Puma India MD Abhishek Ganguly and ex-Puma executives Atul Bajaj and Amit Prabhu, has onboarded Anushka Sharma as both an investor and strategic collaborator. Sharma’s involvement will focus on developing One8 Yoga, a new activewear category under the One8 franchise, which Agilitas acquired from Virat Kohli last year.

Virat Kohli’s Role

Virat Kohli invested about ₹40 crore in Agilitas in 2025, bringing his lifestyle label One8 under the company’s umbrella. His partnership marked a significant expansion for Agilitas, which has since scaled operations across manufacturing, retail, and licensing. Kohli’s collaboration continues alongside Sharma’s entry, making the couple joint stakeholders in the brand’s growth.

Yoga Line Launch

The One8 Yoga collection, co-created by Sharma, is slated to launch on June 21, 2026, coinciding with the International Day of Yoga. Sharma emphasized that the line will prioritize comfort, movement, functionality, and versatility, integrating seamlessly into daily routines while appealing to India’s growing wellness-focused consumer base.

Agilitas Expansion

Agilitas has rapidly expanded since its inception, acquiring Mochiko Shoes and securing the long-term licence for Lotto across India, South Asia, Australia, and South Africa. Earlier this year, it launched Sportsyard, a large-format multi-brand sports retail chain. With India’s athleisure market projected to reach USD 22.4 billion by 2034, Agilitas is positioning itself as a major player.
