Apple Secures Its Secrets: A Major Win in India's Antitrust Arena!

Apple has managed to prevent its rivals, such as Tinder-owner Match Group and a cluster of startups, from gaining access to its commercially confidential data in a pending antitrust case in India. The Competition Commission of India (CCI) ruled in Apple's favor, stating that the release of such data could endanger its interests. The case pertains to allegations that Apple took advantage of its market power in the app store market, harming developers and users. Apple insists it is a small fry in India, where Android phones rule.
