Arihant Academy Strengthens Control In ZEAL With Majority Stake

Arihant Academy Limited has signed a supplementary agreement with Zen Education and Learning (ZEAL), raising its profit sharing and voting rights from 25.5% to 51% effective April 1, 2026. This move gives Arihant Academy majority control, with balance consideration to be paid in performance-linked tranches over FY27–FY29.  

The agreement marks a strategic milestone in Arihant Academy’s expansion in the education sector. By securing majority rights, the company enhances its influence over ZEAL’s operations and financial decisions, aligning the partnership with long-term growth objectives.
