Asian Hotels (North) Limited has successfully paid the entire One Time Settlement (OTS) amount to the Bank of Maharashtra, marking a significant milestone in its debt resolution process. This settlement follows the company's earlier announcement of an OTS agreement with the bank on February 13, 2025. The hotel chain, which operates the Hyatt Regency in Delhi, has been working on resolving its debt issues since entering a one-time restructuring with lenders in December 2020.
