The colder weather has delayed the blooming of these essential flowers, forcing devotees to resort to Palash buds instead. With the festival spanning two days, many are adapting their rituals despite the scarcity. Vendors report that even supplies from Kolkata are limited, impacting local markets significantly. Devotees express disappointment but remain committed to honoring Goddess Saraswati with available offerings.
